These General Conditions of Sale are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II, Distance contracts (articles 50 - 67) as amended by Directive 2011/83 EU implemented with by Legislative Decree of 3 December 2013 and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003) and apply to the sale of the Products via the Internet, as identified and listed on the Site. 4. Registration

5. Purchase Order
The Customer who sends a Purchase Order through the Site or by (e-mail info@tammarohome.it, telephone number 081 505 75 16) undertakes to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Conditions of Sale. Purchase orders once transmitted to the system are considered approved unless otherwise agreed by the parties. The Customer therefore assumes the responsibility to ascertain the correctness of the order created before confirming it. Upon confirmation of the Purchase Order made through this Site, the Customer will receive confirmation on the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. Tammaro Home offers its products on this site within the limit of their stock availability. Tammaro Home reserves the right to refuse orders, in particular in the case of previous unpaid invoices, consequently proceeding to re-credit the costs of the goods incurred by the Customer and including VAT and transport costs. 6. Cost of transport
The prices applicable for ordered products are those that appear on the Site at the date of transmission of the order. These prices are inclusive of VAT. Shipping and cash on delivery costs are not included.
Delivery costs are billed based on the rates indicated on this site on the date you placed the order. For the cash on delivery option there will be a surcharge of € 5.00 Euro VAT included.
Tammaro Home reserves the right to change its prices and shipping costs at any time and to cancel an order in the event of delivery to islands and remote areas. 7. Delivery of goods
All executed orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the Customer at the time of order transmission within the times indicated in the cost of the transport (Ref. Point 06 Cost of the transport) with effect from the dispatch of the products.
The delivery date will be intended as preferential but not binding for Tammaro Home which in any case will do everything possible to ensure timely compliance.
ATTENTION: the courier makes two delivery attempts upon notice (sms / mail).
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made the next working day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful due to "ABSENT RECIPIENT", the package will return to the company and a refund will be made for the goods net of ALL shipping and / or storage costs.
8. Warranty
The warranty terms applied are those provided by the manufacturer.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the quantity and good condition of the goods at the time of delivery.
In the event that the Customer finds that the goods are damaged or do not comply with the quantities ordered, then he must report it to the carrier and sign the delivery document with reserve as well as inform Tammaro Home within 3 days of receiving the shipment. 9. Methods of payment

For goods sent on delivery you will pay upon receipt of the same directly to the courier appointed for delivery by Tammaro Home, in cash for the amount agreed on the order. 10. Right of withdrawal
If the Customer is a "Consumer", as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, he is entitled to the rights referred to to art. 64 of the Consumer Code and as amended by the 2013/83 EU decree within the limits set by this legislation and therefore has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, in the manner specified below. The goods must then be returned by the Customer, to the same address, within 14 days from the date on which the same has communicated that he wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal. Tammaro Home will only accept returns of goods in good condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the relative invoice.
